Juneau.  Each unit has its own Toyo oil heater, washer, dryer, & dishwasher. There is a playground in the West Juneau Rotary Park across the street with slides and a jungle gym.

Churchill Park, in the Lemon Creek area, has its own artesian well, which also supplies the bottling plant for Pure Alaska Spring Water.

Glacierview Park 
 

Glacierview Park, located on Stephen Richards Memorial Drive, in the heart of the Mendenhall Valley, is our largest park.

Thunder Mountain Park 

Beautiful Mendenhall valley location at the foot of Thunder Mountain. Great neighborhood, paved streets and the best water in town.
